Recently a new commission implementing decision (EU) 2019/1326 was made on the harmonized standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) drafted in support of Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The purpose of the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU is to ensure that electrical and electronic equipment does not generate, or is not affected by, electromagnetic disturbance. The directive limits electromagnetic emissions from equipment to make sure it does not disturb radio and telecommunication, as well as other devices.
