New Directive amending Directive 96/98/EC on marine equipment PDF Print

In the Official Journal of the European Communities of July 28 2001 (L 204/2) an amendment to Directive 96/98/EC on marine equipment is published. This new Commission Directive 2001/53/EC of 10 July 2001 shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities (Friday August 17th 2001).

The amendment is replacing Annex A of the Marine Equipment Directive.
